Tony Cotrufo is an active member of the community and currently owns and operates other 2 Family Restaurants, Caffe’ Pinguini, at Playa del Rey and Bottega Romana in Redondo Beach.

He was also owner of Azul, an Italian restaurant located in the JW Marriott Ihilani in Hawaii and the lobby coffee shop located in the same hotel. Prior to this he worked with his brother Roberto in the restaurant industry in Italy with his father’s restaurants and bars. He is also involved in other food related projects.

Enrico Fiorentini has an extensive restaurateur background, his family owned a hotel/restaurant in Italy for more than 100 years, and they had several other food & beverage related commercial activities. He owns Caffe Pinguini with Tony Cotrufo, and he is also involved in other projects.

Roberto Cotrufo has been working in the food and beverage industry since he was a kid. His father owned and operated a restaurant in England, then the family moved back to Italy and they started a new business in Rome. He then decided to move to the US with his wife and kid.

He worked in several restaurants and then got the chance to open a new restaurant with his brother Tony, and moved to Oahu, Hawaii, to run Azul, inside the JW Marriott Ihilani.
